Arrival information

The Mountain lodge Petrovo Brdo stands on the watershed between the Sava and Soča rivers and on the extreme edge of the Julian Alps.
Six mountain detours pass by the Mountain lodge:
- Slo tv 1,
- the Path of Midfielders and Couriers,
- the EU Footpath E7,
- the Škofja Loka Footpath,
- the Geological Trail and
- the Via Alpina Trail of eight Alpine countries.
There are also cycle paths: the Škofja Loka cycle path, TransSlovenia 2, Juliana bike, STKP SLOVENIAN MOUNTIN BIKE TRAIL.
To Bohinj is 22 km, to Tolmin 32 km, to Škofja Loka 32 km and to Ljubljana 57 km. Lake Bohinj is 28 km away The Soriška planina ski area is 8 km away and the Cerkno ski area is 11 km away. The starting point is suitable for shorter one-day tours: Porezen, Lajnar, Možic Slatnik, Ratitovec, Šavnik.
