The Tourist Clinic will once again operate in Tolmin throughout the summer season. It is intended for all visitors to the Soča Valley, both international and domestic tourists, who require medical treatment for acute health problems.

The clinic will be open from 22 June to 28 August, every weekday between 12:00 and 20:00. It is located on the ground floor of Building A of the Tolmin Health Centre, opposite the Emergency Medical Service department, at the current entrance to the health centre during construction works, marked "Urgenca / Emergency".

No prior appointment is required. Visitors can come directly to the clinic and will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis.

For Slovenian health insurance holders, holders of the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), and visitors with appropriate travel insurance (e.g. Coris), treatment of acute conditions is generally free of charge. Visitors without adequate insurance coverage will be charged for medical services.

In case of medical emergencies, the Emergency Medical Service at the Tolmin Health Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
