The valley of the most beautiful Slovenian river and the peaks of the Julian Alps invite you into their embrace: on excursions, hiking and cycling tours, sightseeing and carefree lounging by the emerald pools. Road congestion and noise do not belong in this sensitive natural environment, which falls under the auspices of the Julian Alps biosphere area.

In order to reduce the traffic load, take advantage of the summer offer of public transport in the Soča Valley.

Connection of bus transport to BOHINJ RAILWAY LINE

Train ride along one of the finest alpine mountain railways - the Bohinj railway - is a special experience because this railway line is routed through the longest railway tunnel in Slovenia and across a railway bridge with the largest stone arch in the world. You can take your bicycle or car in the (car)train and quickly and safely reach our destination.

If you would like to take your car on the train, your vehicle can be up to 3 m high and 2.4 m wide.

BY BIKE ON THE BOHINJ RAILWAY
